Pregnancy yoga is about so much more than movement.

Each week, we gather in a nurturing, non judgemental space where you are invited to slow down, connect inward and prepare for birth in a way that honours your whole self. Every class centres around a supportive and practical topic for pregnancy and birth, offering tools you can carry with you far beyond the mat.

Through gentle, strength building yoga, grounding breathwork and the most exquisite guided relaxations, you will learn how to soften tension, build trust in your body and cultivate a deep sense of calm and confidence.

These classes are designed to support you physically, emotionally and mentally. They are a place to rest, to ask questions, to be held in community, and to feel truly supported as you prepare to meet your baby.

No previous yoga experience is needed. Just come exactly as you are.
