Mama Circle Yoga is a gentle, supportive postnatal offering where you and your baby are both wholeheartedly welcome.
This is a space created to nurture you in the postpartum period, recognising the profound physical, emotional and energetic shifts that come with becoming a mother. Classes focus on gentle, restorative movement to ease tired bodies, release tension and gradually rebuild strength in a way that feels supportive rather than demanding.
Your baby is very much part of the experience. They may be in arms, feeding, sleeping, stretching beside you or needing your attention, all of it is welcome here. There is no expectation to be anywhere other than where you are.
Alongside slow, nourishing yoga, we weave in breathwork, grounding practices and moments of rest, offering you time to reconnect with yourself while being held in the presence of other mothers walking a similar path.
Mama Circle Yoga is about community as much as it is about movement. A place to soften, to be seen, and to remember that you are not meant to do this alone.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Come as you are, with your baby, and let yourself be supported.
