Wild Woman Flow

Wild Woman Flow is an invitation to move with the rhythms of your body, your breath and the seasons of your spirit. This is not just yoga. It is an embodied journey back into the heart’s knowing – a space where intuition is honoured, expression is welcomed and quiet strength is awakened in every cell.

In this beautiful practice we nourish the nervous system and invite the body to soften, opening through breath, mindful movement and somatic awareness. Each class honours the shifting energies of womanhood – our cycles, our seasonal rhythms, our inner tides – and invites you to meet yourself with curiosity rather than force. You will move gently with intention, release what no longer serves you and remember that your body holds wisdom you can trust.

Throughout the practice you are guided to listen inwardly and connect with that wild, tender, intuitive essence that lives at the centre of your being. A subtle blend of flowing asana, breathwork, aromatherapy and guided relaxation supports hormone regulation, eases stress and creates a deep sense of harmony between mind and body.

This is a sanctuary for the wild woman in every woman – a space to soften, to feel, to rest and to rise again with love.
