Pregnancy Yoga at Rise Rooted Wellness is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and move through your pregnancy with grace, strength and inner calm.

This is a space where your changing body is honoured, where breath becomes a trusted companion, and where movement is woven with intention, intuition and heartfelt care. Each practice is lovingly tailored to support the unique journey of pregnancy to ease common discomforts, build physical strength and invite you into a deeper connection with your body and your baby.

In our classes we blend gentle yoga, breathwork and relaxation in a way that nurtures your nervous system and supports your emotional wellbeing. You are guided to listen inwardly, to trust your instinct and to feel held at every stage - from early growth, through expanding strength, to preparing both body and mind for birth.

This is more than a yoga class; it is a sacred pause in your week - a gathering of women who understand the beauty, vulnerability and transformation of pregnancy. Together you will share breath, movement and joy, and build friendships that can make the journey feel lighter, softer and rich with support.

Whether you come for reassurance, relief, connection or calm, you will leave feeling more grounded, embodied and ready to meet whatever unfolds with more confidence and peace.

Runs in 8 week rolling blocks.
